(More reader sentiment aflow. This one's from a lady in Bahrain. Thankyou for your contribution)
Your site was recently the topic of one of our lunchtime debates at work. It's after that I decided to go through your site. And at first I didn't know how to react. You guys are doing something very wrong. Digging up dead peoples graves and flogging them back in. Who'd do something like that? But since those dead bodies are keralite or "mallu" I like it! No, I'm not a satanic freak or a member of the Klu Klux Klan. But I am a "non-mallu" girl who until recently hated being against a community or being for a cause that rhymes with it. Until I experienced discrimination myself. At the hands of these very malyalee SOBs. I'm not from Kuwait but studied most of the latter half of my schooling in Bahrain. And I can tell you one thing - malyalee SOBs are the same everywhere!
Born to humble parents from a background on Goa's coastal, I used to hear my dad grumble about malbaris. And I assumed it was a man thing. A few years later hearing my cousin brother grumble about malbaris again I assumed it was a man thing. But the words kept repeating over and over and over. From my uncles in India to my cousins in London. Still fancy-free and full of life I spread my wings & continued my flight towards the brightest horizon.
That's when I was hit. Hit hard with discrimination at my workplace. A workplace that's been my home for 6 long years. What happened when it was time to assume the head position I had righfully earned? I get fired! Yes, I got fired by a mallu SOW who wasn't even 4 days old in the company. He comes in heading some other new department and get's me fired telling the GM that he didn't think having a Goan that too a woman in the supervisory level heading a team of 18 subordinates out of which only 5 were malyalee SOBs was good for the company. And when my GM defends my presence and service to the company, the mallu SOW says he could get 4 new people to work for the new salary I was to get. A proposition which though rejected by the GM was pushed secretly to the arab Chairman who bought it. And who were the first to celebrate my departure from the company? Those very 5 malyalee SOBs whom I'd sympathetically hired despite their lack of skill or educational qualifications for the jobs they took.
Whoever out there thinks malyalees are holy or hardworking people are shit-eaters. With this type of backstabbing and discrimination the only thing they deserve is hell and I'd be more than willing to create one for each and every one of them. You guys of the blog are definitely on the right track. These shitty people deserve nothing good in life and it's time we took the initiative to make sure they didn't get any at the expense of others. It's heartening to know somebody's decided to make them pay. I'll be tuned to this site always! Best Wishes!
YRF replies: What you went through was indeed unfortunate. If it's helps then you must know there are countless more who feel the same way as we do. We take mallu scum head-on as coincidentally we (the blogowners) belong to a culture that takes the devil by the horns and kicks him in his balls. And a devil in a lungi is at best - a joke. So it comes natural. Now that your eyes've opened , we wish you the best that life has to offer and hope we'll hear from you in the form of some contribution to this blog in the future.
